Mistletoe Ridge is a commemorative bottling recognizing the formation of the Mt. Pisgah, Polk County, Oregon AVA.
Tasting Notes: Provocative Red. Baking spice, Montmorency cherry and cocoa overlay a hint of rabbit bramble. Long, deep and continuous flavors and textures entertain, cascading from one crescendo to the next as the whole cluster stem tannins arise to assert primal dominance. Hand Harvested, Unfined and Unfiltered.
Culinary Inclinations: Whole roasted rack of venison aside grilled asparagus and garlic roasted herbed red potatoes.

I strongly encourage readers to benefit from the delightfully scripted insights into viticulture and winemaking that form the "climate update" blog on Amalie Robert's website, charting the entire winery year.
